Nice place n great location. Store is small but has a lot to offer. I just got a vape priced on the high side but cheaper then some of these other smoke shops. He does offer $ off if you pay in cash n there is an ATM inside. For me the arm fees would have cost me more then the discount so I used my card. The guy wad very nice n friendly

Great guy, very very knowledgeable.....a lot more than where I went 2 times before (Royal, Natick Massachusetts).....Royal couldn't even tell me what was salt based and what isn't or even what the difference is lol.... maybe Royal should have a training program or atleast a YouTube video test

Went on Saturday and the vape I bought, something I had used previously, was not working correctly. Came back today, Sunday. After checking it, he replaced it for free. No hesitation. Great service. Will definitely be giving him my business going forward!

Village Vape has all my vaping needs and is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. You get that small town feel from Dee and his staff.

They have highly knowledgeable workers and a good selection of hardware, large selection of juice .. all of those are lacking at other local places. Very large selection of juice. They'll answer all questions clearly as concisely without judgement. This was the first around and still the only one worth visiting. The owner Dave is super cool and this isn't a sleazy operation, he takes it very seriously and the quality speaks for itself.

I've been shopping here for years. When I lived on the south shore I went to their Braintree location and loved it. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Now I love in Worcester county and I still go to their locatio In Framingham. I drive 40 minutes each way because there's no other store that has the liquid I need or the satisfaction I want. Marco helped me find a new juice and took the time to introduce me to new flavors. Great guy. A+ for customer service. Only flaw is I wish there was more locations near Worcester.

I have 3 sets of friends that also come here and couldnt stop talking about it so we HAD to stop in after moving out here.Ive never once gone in and had anything but amazing service, tips and always leave learning something new and a smile on our faces!, As opposed to a cold open floor, glass shop with one sketchy guy on his phone behind a counter, you get a friendly, knowledgable man who would let you ask questions for hours if you so desired. Very warm and inviting shop in a new and beautiful building.

Bought a smok alien 220w...they were very helpful and had a problem with my device. The owner called me and sent me a gift card for the inconvenience. No other shop has shown that kind of genuine caring of customers!!! I highly recommended this shop.

I don't vape but I stopped by to purchase a gift for a friend. The staff was super helpful in explaining things to me and helping me get the right gift. Nice location with plenty of parking too.
